Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ka999 and using any part of the platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, or any other gaming product — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the ka999 platform at ka999.io. They apply equally to desktop and mobile access, including any browser-based mobile experience.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a ka999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of another person.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ka999 platform, whether voluntarily or by enforcement action.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ka999 or any of its affiliated game providers.

Each Player may hold only one registered account on the ka999 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without any obligation to return deposited funds where fraud is suspected.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ka999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

ka999 staff will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from ka999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the ka999 support team immediately at [email protected]. ka999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify us promptly or where the unauthorised access resulted from your own failure to maintain account security.

You must ensure that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. ka999 implements automatic session timeouts as a security measure, but this does not replace your own responsibility to log out manually.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All player account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ka999 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank may be subject to fees applied by the player's own bank, for which ka999 accepts no responsibility.

Minimum deposit: ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by ka999 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting player must have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the player's available real-money balance (bonus funds are excluded unless wagering requirements have been fully met).
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within the same business day of the request being approved.

ka999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to the player's account balance, subject to further review.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ka999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager. Where a conflict exists between general platform rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rule shall take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ka999 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. A bet confirmation screen and unique bet reference number will be displayed upon successful placement. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet at the time of placement.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, ka999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. This includes but is not limited to software glitches, incorrect odds published due to human or system error, and network interruptions during live betting.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for network latency. ka999 does not guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet and reserves the right to decline in-play wagers at its discretion.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are final once the game round has concluded.

ka999 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its sole discretion, including imposing stake limits, restricting access to specific markets, or declining any individual bet. Such restrictions do not entitle the player to any compensation and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by ka999.

Bonuses & Promotions

ka999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is announced. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT as bonus funds, not real-money funds, and are treated separately from the player's real-money balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• ka999 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where it reasonably believes the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through the exploitation of a system error.
• Welcome bonuses may be claimed only once per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — constitute a breach of these Terms.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ka999 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ka999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of account balances where fraud or deliberate rule violation is confirmed:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party software that interacts with the platform programmatically.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner that is inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without any substantive gaming activity.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account.
• Placing bets on events for which you have material non-public information (insider information).
• Providing false or misleading information to the ka999 support team or during the KYC verification process.

ka999 uses automated monitoring tools to detect patterns of prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, the platform may place a temporary hold on the affected account while a review is conducted. Players whose accounts are placed under review will be notified and given the opportunity to provide an explanation before any permanent action is taken, except in cases where the evidence of prohibited conduct is conclusive.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ka999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that was incorrect due to a technical error.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Any indirect financial loss or consequential damages arising from gambling activity conducted on the platform.

ka999's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ka999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Amendments to Terms

ka999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of players — ka999 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

For minor or administrative changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information), ka999 may update the Terms without prior notice, with changes taking effect upon publication.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a new version is published. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms each time you access the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC or withdrawal review process.

Account Suspension & Closure

ka999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• ka999 reasonably suspects the player of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ka999 will complete its review within 30 calendar days and notify the player of the outcome. Where no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the player will have full access to their account balance. Where a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ka999 support team. Upon receiving a closure request, ka999 will process any outstanding withdrawals and return the available real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any required KYC verification.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ka999 is incorporated and operates.
